Hi. I am on day 2 of week 3 of p90x. I am already much more capable of keeping up with them as compared to week 1. I didn't much change my eating habits, but that's on the agenda for this week. Actually, I decreased calories yesterday and I already feel better. Keep us posted!!
Oh that's awesome. I have a buddy! I am trying to eat less junk and more protein. I'm sort of obsessed with checking it all. I'm sore all over but I'll do it again today. Are you doing the lean or classic?
I had to remove my comment because it had an incorrect link :) Sorry! I just wanted to say that YOU CAN DO IT! I did p90x and had amazing results. There are some great motivational videos out there on you tube. Be selfish and keep pushing through. I can't wait to hear updates!
