Weekend

First few days of WW is done.  Wasn't bad at all. Not once did I feel hungry.

Small accomplishments:
1) I ate breakfast every day this week.
2) I stuck to the meals I planned.
3) I did not overeat on everything in sight.
4) I said NO to Wendy's on Friday.

This weekend I will continue to eat properly and log my points on WW Points Tracker.  I will also begin to exercise with the WW exercise program. 

My friend started the P90X. She just had a baby 3 months ago.  I felt bad that she is trying to get back in shape so soon after the baby while I am STILL at my weight since I had my son. 

Time to really kick ass. 

Long term goal:  I'd like to drop at least 15 lbs by March. 

Short term goal:  Stick to the exercise and meal plans for this week.

  3. Good luck with the weight loss. I have the same problem as you with overeating everything in sight!!
