WeightWatchers - day 2

It wasn't so bad. 
I had the English muffin again with the WW strawberry cream cheese and blueberries on top. I love that stuff. 
Lunch was the spinach salad with cherry tomatoes , olives and hot peppers with dressing.  I also had a half a wrap with spinach turkey and tomatoes.  Really good. I even forgot the cheese stick I packed myself because I didn't feel hungry so I didn't need it. 
I had carrots with some hummus as a snack.
Dinner was more left over rice with chili.  
I don't know how it's happening but I am NOT feeling hungry like I did when I ate twice as much. 
No exercise yet today - long day. 

I did not loose any weight yet but I'm OK with that.  I think of it as my body needing to adjust to this new system I'm imposing on it. It'll happen eventually. 



ONE BIG POSITIVE: I am NOT sleepy at all during the day, especially after lunch.  The right food and the right amounts of it DO make a huge difference. Loving life right now!
